I had a nice experience at the Park Hotel New Delhi. The staff were very helpful, friendly and respectful. The front desk staff, Hanny, Elishbah, Santoshi and others, whose names I can't remember, were very helpful. The rooms definitely need an upgrade but overall, it was a good experience.

Visited the park New Delhi with my husband we came here for Ayodhya had a stop at this boutique hotel stay was comfortable Ms Santoshi from front desk was polite and professional despite of having rush at the desk kudos the team ! Would definitely pay a visit soon :)))

Ruchika was really helpful during my stay. The check in and check out processes were seamless and quick. Breakfast buffet was great. Quick house keeping responses. Loved the complimentary fruit and chocolate platters. Located at the heart of the city.
